A contract was signed between Technex Limited and OAO Kurskrezinotekhnika, Russian Rubex Group www.rubexgroup.ru under which Technex Limited obliged to fulfill works of dismantling, packing of equipment (dipping unit and hot-stretching unit for engineering cloth and additional (supporting) equipment for it), freight forwarding services of equipment including loading on trucks (vehicles), transportation from place of dismantling to the warehouse of temporary storage, and mounting at the place of mounting in Russian Federation, Kursk.
